Hi Kari,

The Chicco car seat is compatible with the Bumbleride, so you don’t need to get the Chicco cortina if you don’t want an extra stroller. However, having said that, I think the Chicco Cortina is one of the best travel system strollers out there. I really liked mine a lot and used it faithfully until I found Bumbleride. I now use my Bumbleride strollers exclusively. The Chicco car seat fits great in them. The only time I pull out my Cortina stroller now is when I’m going to Sea World, the Zoo, or Legoland or somewhere like that where I will be leaving my stroller outside of an exhibit. I do not want my expensive Bumbleride stolen. However, there are some stroller locks (like bike locks) that you can buy.

Hello I hve the bumbleride indie stroller and I love it but I have the chicco car seats so I wanted to get the chicco cortina as an extra stroller what do you reccomend!

OK my one task for today is to go return some onesies that I overpaid for at Babies-r-us. Of course this has to be done after bedtimes because of the stupid Elmo car at the entry way that causes a toddler meltdown EVERY TRIP. iphone version please although my iphone is a month away. Hi Elizabeth. So glad to hear that you are loving your Indie Twin. It does work great with the Chicco infant seat. I did end up getting the Indie (single) and love it as much as I love my Indie Twin. The Flite looks nice too! Bumbleride rocks, don’t they?!

I recently had a period of absolute freedom that for the life of me I can’t remember what it was….but I totally hear you on this!!! Glad you’re writing your blogs again–they always give me a laugh or smile when I need it! I think I read that monster-night light one 3 times.
I’m really loving my Indie Twin–thanks again for the advice you gave me about the Chico carseat. I also just bought their new one the Flite and have been really happy about it!
Hope the baby went back to letting you sleep—maybe it was a growth spurt and will be followed by tons of extra sleepy days! These hard nights definitely seem harder when you have a toddler to chase around the next morning!
