I have a bumbleride indie twin as well, which took me months and months of convincing my husband that we NEEDED to spend that much on a stroller. As soon as I had it I wanted the single and saw one on craigslist but I already owned a jogger and a travel system so I tried to get a lower price but I was too slow. Now I know better. I actually did end up finding a bumbleride flyer on craigslist in another city.. but luckily it was the city my in-laws live so I made her get it and bring it on her next visit. I miss the air tires on the flyer but I love that my baby can face me so I am satisfied and have let the dream go of the indie single. One of my best friends just got pregnant and I am recommending the bumbleride to her though.. so maybe vicariously I will own one soon. I have so been there. Thanks for the info. I find my Bob a bit difficult to lift as well. The one thing I don't like about the Indie Twin is it doesn't really stay closed well when you are lifting it. I know there are latches for it, but they don't work great and they are a pain to use. I wonder if it's the same with the single Indie? My Indie Twin is Lava and I love it too! It's a great color.
