
February’s challenge for The Happiness Project is: “Remember Love”.
We think that we act because of the way we feel, but in actuality we very often feel because of the way we act. So, for this month (and hopefully for forever more) when I feel annoyed I will act thoughtful, when I feel impatient I will act patient, when I feel irritated I will act calm and lighthearted. And since this is also Valentine’s month and now with two kids and not much time, I have a goal to really make time for my marriage. I am a very lucky girl to have such a wonderful husband and sometimes I am in such a frenzy to get stuff done that I forget to stop and tell (or show) Hot Guy how much I love him. So to make me feel more calm, tender, and romantic…I’ll just start acting that way! The hard part is going to be to stop and remember to actually do this! Thus, February’s challenge…Remember Love! I’ll let you know how it goes.
